Theodosic began his professional career in the FMP Serbian team in 2004 and also played for Cacak Borac, The Greek Olympiacos, the CSKA of Russian Moscow, Los Angeles Clippers (in the NBA) and the Italian Virtus, from where he went to the Red Star in 2023.
