Arsenal still have some injury concerns to manage after their win over Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League. The Gunners claimed a 2-0 victory in the second leg of their last-16 tie on Tuesday night to reach the quarter-final of the competition, where they will face Sporting Lisbon, after winning 3-1 on aggregate.<\/p>\n
Mikel Arteta has been forced to deal with having several players on the sidelines with injuries throughout the season, and that will continue this weekend for the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.<\/p>\n
The Gunners will make the trip to Wembley Stadium on Sunday afternoon as they look to win their first major trophy of the season, but have doubts over the fitness of some key members of their squad.<\/p>\n

“We don’t know, I think with him (Timber) it will be a matter of days, but not sure,\u201d Arteta told reporters earlier this week.<\/p>\n
Mikel Merino<\/strong> remains a long-term absentee for Arsenal with a foot injury, which is expected to keep the Spain international on the sidelines for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n\n
