Arsenal are keen on signing both Newcastle right-back Tino Livramento and RB Leipzig centre-half Castello Lukeba as part of a \u201csummer refresh\u201d, according to reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Times<\/em> claims that the two defenders are on the club\u2019s list of transfer targets, but neither player will be available on the cheap.<\/p>\n It is believed that Newcastle will demand a fee in excess of \u00a360m for Livramento, with there likely to be plenty of competition for his signature as well.<\/p>\n Remember, meanwhile, could cost at least \u20ac60m (\u00a352m)<\/strong>and a combined \u00a3112m outlay would probably need to be funded by several outgoings.<\/p>\n However, The Times<\/em> have also named the likes of Ben White, Christian Norgaard, Gabriel Jesus, Leandro Trossard, Kai Havertz and even captain Martin Odegaard as potential candidates to be sold.<\/p>\n Due to pressures imposed by the Premier League\u2019s Profit and Sustainability rules, it seems several high-profile players could be set to leave.
