Arsenal have been told why winning the Carabao Cup would give the Gunners a big chance of securing an unprecedented quadruple. The Gunners will face Manchester City in the final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday afternoon as they look to get a first trophy of the season under their belts.<\/p>\n
Mikel Arteta’s side are still competing on all four fronts this season and are the only club to be doing so after City’s defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League in midweek.<\/p>\n
Arsenal have a Champions League quarter-final against Sporting Lisbon and an FA Cup quarter-final away at Southampton next month, while also holding a nine-point advantage at the top of the Premier League table.<\/p>\n
With Arsenal and City also competing for the Premier League title, Shearer has explained why Sunday\u2019s Carabao Cup final could give a spark to the Gunners in their quest to win a quadruple.<\/p>\n

Sunday\u2019s final will also mark Arsenal\u2019s last match before the March international break, with them having a two-week hiatus before returning to the pitch.<\/p>\n
Arteta and Co. will then look ahead to the FA Cup quarter-final against Southampton on April 4 as their next fixture, before facing Sporting in the Champions League and Bournemouth in the Premier League during the following week.<\/p>\n
