The manager also admitted that his post-match comments were fuelled by emotions. He still stands by his opinion about the game needing stricter rules regarding time management.<\/p>\n

During the last game with the north London club, Brighton lost the match by only a single goal. However, after the match, Hurzeler accused them of making their own rules due to alleged time-wasting tactics. He furiously claimed that only one team tried to play football.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the Brighton boss said that he would never manage a side to win in such a manner. He argued that fans deserve more than fifty minutes of active play. He urged the Premier League to enforce stricter rules.<\/p>\n

Despite the widespread noise, Mikel Arteta remains firm in his mindset and backs his squad\u2019s output.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hear completely the opposite: all around Europe that we are the most exciting team in Europe, the most goals, the most clean sheets.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Arteta stated.<\/p>\n
